AUO 1: EOPS students who complete minimum program requirements will demonstrate the same or greater success and retention as the college wide average.
AUO 2: DSPS students receiving accommodations will demonstrate the same or better success and retention than the college wide average.
AUO 3: Students who complete meet the minimum program requirements to receive a CARE grant will demonstrate the same or better success and retention than the college wide average.

Maintenance and Operations
AUO 1: Create a climate of overall satisfaction with the condition of the Cerro Coso facilities. (classrooms, bathrooms, offices, Student Center, library, etc.) in which the students and staff will rate the facilities conditions at 75% or higher as very satisfied or satisfied.
AUO 2: School Dude work requests will be completed in a timely manner.
Public Information / External Relations
AUO 1: 70% of students will report a high degree of affinity for Cerro Coso Community College.
AUO 2: 70% of students surveyed will report that they were aware of college programs, services, and activities.
AUO 3: Increase monetary donations to the college and/or foundation by 10% every year.
AUO 4: Initiate a comprehensive rebranding of the college to include fresh new logos and a shift in messaging to better communicate a relevant brand promise that improves the college's position of being a college of first choice in the service area.
AUO 5: Host two donor campaigns a year, one in the fall and one in the spring, increase alumni activities, building alumni volunteer database.
AUO 6: Continue to review and update scholarships to increase awards and amounts. Create a program of donor stewardship, recognition, and engagement. Lead Foundation planning efforts that support the college strategic plan.
Student Activities/Student Government
AUO 1: Students who sit on college committees will have increased knowledge of participatory governance processes.
AUO 2: Students who participate in clubs and organizations will have an increased sense of connection to CCCC.
AUO 3: Individuals who participate in activities and events will have an increased sense of engagement. This will be measured by the student satisfaction survey and the percentage of students participating.
