Cerro Coso Community College to Celebrate 51st Commencement Ceremony

Cerro Coso Community College is proud to announce its 51st Commencement Ceremony, celebrating the achievements, perseverance, and bright futures of the graduating Class of 2025.

This special milestone will recognize the hard work and dedication of students who have completed associate degrees, certificates, and transfer programs across Cerro Coso’s campuses and online programs.

Family, friends, faculty, staff, and the wider community are invited to join in the celebration as graduates cross the stage and step into the next chapter of their journeys.

“Our 51st commencement not only honors academic achievement—it celebrates stories of growth, grit, and greatness,” said Dr. Sean Hancock, President of Cerro Coso.

“Each graduate represents the heart of our college mission, and we couldn’t be prouder.”

Parking fees will be waived for the day—no parking permits required. Parking will be available near the Athletic Complex, with overflow parking located at the main campus lot. Signage and staff will be available to assist with directions.

The ceremony will include inspiring remarks, student recognitions, and the traditional conferral of degrees and certificates.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early and take part in celebrating the accomplishments of a graduating class that continues to shape the future of our communities.
