One of the best ways to see all that Cerro Coso Community College has to offer our community is to attend the Open House the College is hosting on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 from 2 to 7pm.
Students, potential students, and community members are invited to tour the newly renovated main building and explore all the facility changes over the last three years, talk to students about campus life, meet with counselors, financial aid representatives, and more.
The Open House gives both students and their parents the opportunity to meet with administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Admissions representatives will be available to explain the admissions and registration process. Financial aid personnel will provide information about the FAFSFA process and scholarships. Career services will explain some of the tools available to help link students with employment and career possibilities. And Counseling staff will be on hand to provide guidance on program pathways and educational planning.
Information and assistance will be provided on: Student Government, financial aid, veterans programs, career technical education programs, department information, student clubs, and so much more.
Students can participate in an on campus scavenger hunt and receive a backpack and possibly win a prize.
