Requirements for Completion
- Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 60 CSU-transferable semester units (courses
numbered 100 and above)
- A cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 ("C" average) in all courses required
for the degree. While a minimum 2.0 is required for admission, some majors may require
a higher GPA
- At least 12 of the 60 semester units completed at Cerro Coso Community College
- Satisfactory completion of at least 18 semester units in a major program of study
as detailed in the AA-T or AS-T degree listing in catalog. All major courses must
be completed with a "C" or better
- Satisfactory completion of ENGL C101 Freshman Composition and any CSU-transferable
math course numbered 100 or above. Note that some majors require completion of specific
math courses. Students are encouraged to meet with a counselor to determine the right
math class for their educational plans
- Certified completion of one of the following general education patterns:
- CSU General Education Certification (CSU Breadth)
- Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC)
