Assessment Schedule for Program Review Cycle

PLOs must be assessed in Year 4, which is the year prior to the next Program Review being due. It is recommended that SLOs be assessed in years 1 and 2 so if SLO targets are not met, there is opportunity in years 2 or 3 to make improvements and reassess. There is the institution expectation that if outcomes are not met, improvements are made and the outcome is reassessed as soon as possible.
