Changes in Transcript Payment Process
Due to changes in payment processing, Cerro Coso is no longer able to accept credit card information via fax. You can still use the Credentials Inc. service for transcripts online using your credit card. To utilize the A&R office for processing, you will need to send a check or money order for the proper amount.
Why don't my recent grades show on my transcripts?
Grades from the end of the semester are not 'rolled' or officially
transferred to your academic history until approximately two weeks
following the end of the semester as grades are recorded and processed
into the district-wide system. Even though you may be able to view
your grades though Banner, they may not have been
transferred to your academic history (i.e., your transcripts) yet.
There may be additional delays during the December/January season
due to holiday closures.

You may also view your Unofficial Transcripts by using InsideCC. Login, then:
- Click on the Student Tab
- Look for the Banner Self-Service Channel and click on the link
- Click on Student
- Click on Student Records
- Click on Academic Transcript
Official Transcripts
Each student who has an academic record on file at Cerro Coso is entitled to two official transcripts of record without charge. After two free transcripts have been provided, all additional copies are $4.00 each. Rush transcripts are $8.00.
In Person, By Mail, or Fax
Official Transcripts can be ordered in person at the Office of Admissions and Records. They can also be requested by mail or fax, using the Transcript Request Form. Requests for transcripts are required to include Student's Name, Years Attended, Student ID Number/Social Security Number, and Signature.
Ten working days is required for processing each request. 24 hour rush processing is available for an additional fee of $8.00. All transcripts are mailed regular US postal service or are available for student pick-up upon request.
Order and Pay for Transcripts Online
For your convenience, Cerro Coso Community College has retained Transcripts Plus, by Credentials Inc., to accept transcript orders over the Internet. This service will facilitate your request for a minimal charge (this is in addition to the regular transcript and special handling charges). This service supports payment by credit card, provides e-mail or fax communication with you while your order is being processed and lets you enter your order any time day or night. Transcript fees vary depending on shipping options; please visit the Transcripts Plus site link below for fee information. If you are uncomfortable using the Internet with your personal information, you can call Transcripts Plus (Credentials Inc.) at 800-646-1858 to place your transcript request for an additional $5.00 operator surcharge.
