Phi Theta Kappa

The purpose of Beta Kappa Chi Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Cerro Coso Community College shall be the promotion of scholarship, the development of leadership and service, and the cultivation of fellowship among qualified students of this college. Special Service United

The Student Services United club provides students with the opportunity to develop a networking system that is cohesive with the challenges they encounter on a day-to-day basis. It provides an opportunity for special services students to develop leadership skills through the presentation of various campus and community activities and cooperation with other organizations. The underlying theme for the club’s activities is to educate the college and community about ethnic-cultural diversity and about the needs and contribution of disabled and economically challenged people. Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 12:30 -1:30 pm.
